Ok. So as you will see from the Hi-Tech & Free page, King Square Studios already gives all students living there super fast 10Mb broadband, 4TV, 4Connect, 4BackUp and 4Gaming so there is nothing more for you to pay – you get all of that included within your rent already!

For a small additional cost, the already outstanding 10Mb speed broadband that comes as standard at King Square Studios can be upgraded even further to 30Mb (Advanced), 60Mb (Elite), or even 100Mb (Ultimate). Those are awesome speeds! Over the years, we’ve found that our service is so trusted that we’ve even known students move in to accommodation we service around the UK purely because of our industry-leading ability to deliver these speeds! 4Record
Like having Freeview+ only on your computer and cheaper! For a one-off fee of just £15 per year, you’ll have all the benefits of tape-free digital recording without the need for any of the expensive equipment or subscription charges. Just lie back and enjoy your 4TV, your way and when you want it. With one-click recording for whole series and – unlike other + services – no limit to the number of channels you can record while watching another (up to 30 hours), you’ll never miss your favourite shows again!
4Voice
Would you like a proper phone in your studio? Is your mobile phone contract too expensive? Or do you make Skype calls a lot and would like a top quality Skype phone? We have 2 different types of phones on special offer: a high-end VOIP phone to connect in to the wall in your studio, with all the buttons on it you could wish for! There is a £50 one-off fee, with national and international call rates available on request, but approximately 2p per minute to landlines, and 15p per minute to mobiles. Alternatively, we supply top quality Skype phones to plug straight in to your computer for £35 one-off. There is no connection fee for either type of phone.
Sky TV
For those who cannot live without their Sky connection, King Square Studios and ask4 have ensured a Sky connection is also available to every studio. There are different packages available depending whether you would like the basic package, or wish to upgrade to Sky Sports 1 or 2 etc. The cost of this starts from £15 per month.
