How to Connect
Easy...
Connecting to our network is easy! You just need to plug your Ethernet cable in to the wall and your computer, start up, put our connection DVD into your computer, and follow the on screen instructions. You will be automatically directed to our signup page for a one off process, where you will need to input your personal details (along with payment details if you wish to subscribe to any upgrades) and you should be surfing the internet within 10 minutes.
ask4 Help
ask4 staff will be there to help you on your Move In day just in case you have any problems. They will be wearing bright T-shirts and will be able to answer any questions you might have concerning the services and packages available.
We will provide a connection DVD to help with the signup process; you will also need an Ethernet cable to connect to the network which we will also provide for you for free. Our amazing 10Mb internet service is delivered as standard at King Square Studios directly to your studio via a socket below your desk. You will need to plug in your own wireless adaptor should you want Wi-Fi in your studio. Wi-Fi is provided in all the communal areas of King Square Studios including receptionand the Community Hub (including the Group/Private Study, the Wi-Fi Lounges and Games Loft).
Payment Methods (only applicable for upgrades)
Payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card. Payment by cash or cheque is also possible via a PayPoint station (conditions apply).
