How to Connect
Easy...
Connecting to our network is easy. You just need to plug your Ethernet cable in to the wall and your computer, start up, put our connection DVD into your computer, and follow the on screen instructions. You will be automatically directed to our signup page, where you will need to input your personal details, along with payment details if you are taking a paid for package, and you should be surfing the internet within 10 minutes. ask4 will have a desk usually located in reception or the common room, with posters directing you to our staff. We will be wearing bright T-shirts and will be able to answer any questions you might have concerning the services and packages available.
We will provide a connection DVD to help with the signup process, you will also need a Cat5 Ethernet cable to connect to the network. We don’t run a wireless network to improve security and quality of service.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card. Payment by cash or cheque is also available but requires the payment to be made at a PayPoint payment station, (conditions apply).
